Dancercise Kids
|
Dancercise Kids® is a high-energy introduction to fitness, dance and creative movements. Designed for girls AND boys, we teach kids that getting active is fun. Along the way we learn lessons about fitness, healthy habits, nutrition and a host of other topics, as well as the basics of jazz, tap and ballet. Every lesson incorporates American Sign Language as well as award-winning original songs that entertain and educate. This fall is our Communication Carnival quarter, where we will be teaching from units including Foreign Language and Manners. Family and friends are welcome to join us the last class of our session so we can show off what we have been learning. Limit: 15
